Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you will be supervising a team of 5 Reservations Agent. Your main role will be to ensure that a consistent and outstanding experience is provided by the Reservations Team for all internal and external guests and to assist the Reservations Team in achieving the hotel’s financial targets.

To ensure a team orientated, professional and learning working environment is maintained at all times.

You are an ambassador of The Company and it is your role to live and help further establish the values of the InterContinental Brand by reflecting the image of The Company and to perform in accordance with The Company standards.

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Well organised and thorough
  • Experience in 4* / 5* hotel with at least 120 rooms is required
  • Excellent telephone voice and manner
  • Good Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
  • Opera Fidelio, Delphi and Holidex experience is desirable but not essential
  • All candidates must be able to work varying shifts including weekends and Bank Holidays
  • All candidates must be eligible to work in the UK
