Your critical responsibility will be to transform the concept of business development in an environment that is traditionally alien to proactive selling.
You will love the idea of conceiving new and unchartered territories where business could exist but is currently unknown.
With a team over 20-strong nationwide, you’ll bring rigour and discipline, structure and high standards of performance. Above all, your desire is to make progress for the organisation, influence stakeholders and build sustainable long-
term revenue-generating partnerships with big name multi-sector corporates.
You’ll love to deliver at pace. Making decisions independently and often with significant elements of risk and ambiguity will be your natural style.
Your communication and personal approach need to be engaging and inspiring at all levels including the main board, so self-
awareness is a must. To qualify, you’ll need to demonstrate a significant track record in big business wins. You’ll be an outright sales leader and hunter who possesses a hands-
on operational style. Strong intellectual curiosity is very much desired. You’ll be a visionary for the long-term future success of the business.
