We are looking for an Administrative Assistant who is eager to help organize the office and assist the team with various tasks and projects.

This is a non-remote role that requires you to be onsite in our office in London).

What you will be doing :

  • Support office staff and managers with general operational tasks
  • Plan and schedule meetings, presentations, and other office-related events
  • Assist People Ops Department with onboarding employees
  • Suggest changes to office task workflow to improve efficiency
  • Answer phones in a professional manner
  • Direct calls to appropriate persons or take detailed messages
  • Send and receive outgoing mail and packages
  • Send reminders regarding upcoming appointments
  • Manage communication of information in and out of the office
  • Monitor office supplies and equipment; order and re-stock as needed
  • Ensure the office is kept clean and organized at all times
  • Book travel for employees
  • Build a positive company culture by planning all company activities both in-house and off-site
  • Manage expenses via Expensify
  • Customer service requests
  • Gift shopping
  • What we are looking for :

  • BS / BA Degree preferred
  • 1+ years of relevant experience (IE : personal assistant, administrative assistant, or office assistant)
  • Fast, proficient, and accurate typist
  • Technology savvy with knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Great communication skills both written and oral
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Self-starter who works well independently and with other team members
  • Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently towards completing them
  • Detail-oriented and exceptional organization skills
  • Professional demeanor
