Why this role matters
The Senior Partner Manager role holder is responsible and accountable for the financial performance, service delivery and pan-
BT management relationship for two, or more of BT’s largest and most strategically important third-party Suppliers.
The role holder is responsible for the governance of the relationship across all BT lines-of-business and has responsibility for the commercial and contractual relationship between BT and the Supplier.
You will work very closely with Procurement, particularly at the initiation, renewal or termination of a contract to ensure continuity of management and consistency of delivery.
What you'll be doing
Provide pan-BT ownership of the in-life contract management of a number of third-party suppliers.
Supporting the contract governance elements to ensure both parties deliver to the contract and to ensure any under performance is addressed and contractual remedies applied.
Act as the interface between BT stakeholders, sponsors and service owners and those of the supplier.
Own the Supplier relationship into BT and manage under formal SRM governance & contract standards according to the Supplier categorization.
Attend and where appropriate provide the necessary support for Governance meetings as appropriate.
Provide Exec briefs to Internal Execs and supplier sponsors ahead of key interactions between the parties.
Facilitate the development of the supplier relationship strategy and approach.
To seek to deliver bottom-line value to BT through professional in-life contract management, typically through savings to budget or from cost avoidance.

Contract & Supplier Management (Governance, Reporting etc) of major IT Suppliers ideally experience with at least 1 of Oracle, SAP, Microsoft, IBM, AWS
Stakeholder management to Exec. Level / IT Senior Leadership teams
