Who we are looking for
Previous experience of working as an Administrator within a care setting would be an advantage. A proactive and confident administrator with a careful attention to details, strong organisational and time management skills, able to work under pressure and on own initiative.
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner, strong spoken and written English. Proficient in the use of Microsoft office including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Able to project a positive, professional image when working with residents, staff and anyone coming into contact with the village.
Able to assist with recruitment of staff and associated HR, e.g. issuing contracts, payroll administration, DBS checks. Experienced in aspects of accounting and credit control including invoicing, banking, reviewing expenditure against budgets and controlling purchasing would be an advantage.
