As part of our services, we also offer physiotherapy, along with chiropractic and osteopathic assessments and treatments.

Job Description

Our Wellbeing team offers a wide range of services to our clients and increasingly there is a requirement for psychology and CBT based therapies.

To meet this increased demand we are looking to add to our team. The main element of the role is to provide face to face services for the employees of our corporate clients, however, as part of our education and wellness programmes we also deliver presentations to corporate clients both face to face and via webinars.

We have a number permanent and FTC role working between 1 or 2 days per week.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of patients and to keep secure accurate records.
  • Manage this caseload in accordance with the patient’s healthcare providers requirements, i.e. reporting or session numbers
  • Liaise with Doctors, Psychiatrists, Psychologists to ensure best practice for patients, and make referrals where appropriate.
  • Work with the Head of Wellbeing to develop current and future service offerings.
  • Liaise with Head of Wellbeing for support services such as HR and secretarial needs.
  • Skills and Experience

  • Be accredited with an appropriate professional body e.g. HCPC, BPS, BABCP
  • Have personal indemnity insurance
  • Be in personal supervision with an accredited supervisor.
  • Have experience of working on a clinical basis in a therapeutic setting.
  • Ideally have experience of delivering services in a corporate setting
