Role context :
We are looking for a passionate experienced Programmatic Manager who has experience in the performance space - with a desire to learn more about how technology, and market leading solutions can innovate our current approach to programmatic for our clients.
And who will be an integral part of our programmatic activation team.
The focus for the Programmatic Manager will be the planning, and execution of best in market campaigns and ultimately to deliver valuable outcomes for our clients.
You will work across a range of platforms including Google's DV360, IAS, Prisma, and Teams - just to name a few. Other parts of the role will include project managing the day-to-day delivery of campaigns covering mediums including : display, video, native, and audio.
You will build strong relationships with your clients and act as a specialist advisor to them and their other agencies to maximise their partnership opportunities.
Candidates should have good trading and digital media experience with exposure to working with media publishers or media owners.
This role is a fantastic opportunity to work across a broad range of programmatic campaigns - focusing on the development of market leading strategies.
These campaigns will cover a breadth of disciplines including launches, always on performance and sales campaigns.

Programmatic Precision Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day campaign management, feeding in campaign insight to the response to briefs, planning, activation, reporting, and ad tech innovation opportunities.
It is important that this person is comfortable to build solid relationships with the clients as well as the team and Wavemaker colleagues.

The Programmatic Manager will report into an extremely talented and supportive Director / Precision Lead. This person will help set clear objectives, and train the individual to help them achieve these, as well as develop their skill set.
Your client will be British Airways, although there may be some flexibility at times to support the wider Programmatic team on other clients.
You will also work closely with the account ' s Precision Lead to build out to deliver transformative and forward-thinking solutions for the British Airways client, adapting to their individual needs and challenges.
