In this role, you will be responsible for serving as a product liaison between the CNE product and tech team in the US and the in-market video teams around the world.
You will support the roll-out and standardization of internal CNE video tools across markets. You will gather requirements for the enhancement of these tools and measure the effectiveness of product changes.
You will also assist in the development of video product strategy within markets around the world.Key Duties & Responsibilities
Oversee the enhancements of existing video management tools to support the needs of international markets.
Direct the roll-out and training of our proprietary softwares (ie. Content Management System, Media Asset Manager) to Conde Nast video production teams around the world.
Provide ongoing support to users around the world, escalating issues as needed to on-call engineers.
Field inbound questions and concerns from global users of video tools. Translate feature requests into requirements and assist in their prioritization.
Liaise with international users of CNE’s tools and be a voice of the user, seeking out ways to improve the user experience as well as operational efficiency whenever possible.
Manage ad hoc operational tasks, such as giving users access to tools, on an ongoing basis.
Seek out new ways to grow video viewership and monetization in each of our global markets.
Perform acceptance testing for new features.
Define KPI’s for global usage of our tools.
Manage Airtable bases for our teams.
Essential Skills & Requirements
Experience of product management or community management for a digital product or related experience.
Willingness to work and take calls at odd hours to support users in a multitude of timezones.
Experience sizing and prioritizing opportunities, writing technical requirements, and working closely with developers.
Strong communication and project management skills and the ability to manage timelines across multiple teams.
Experience working closely and collaboratively with various stakeholders.
A strong interest in the process and tools associated with how best-in-class video is produced.
Comfort with developing and measuring product KPI’s.
Patience, a positive outlook, and a can-do attitude.
Nice to haves :
Experience with Airtable.
Experience rolling out a product to international markets.
Fluency in additional languages.
Ability to travel extensively. Experiences with video software development.
