The ideal candidate will have team leader or supervisory experience with excellent customer service and sales skills. You will be confident in leading and motivating a team and have responsibility for opening and closing bars.
You will need to be able to cope well with pressure and solve problems effectively with a flexible approach to work and be able to learn new skills quickly.
A keen interest in the arts and awareness of current drink trends would be an advantage. Cocktail making experience is essential.
This is a casual role and shifts are subject to availability, however, we expect the successful candidate to work in the region of 30 hours per week.
You are under no obligation to work the shifts offered and the Barbican Centre is under no obligation to offer work on a regular basis.
