    The Learning Operational Co-ordinator is responsible for delivering support to the team on services across the sourcing, planning and delivery of learning experiences aligned to strategic and operational career and capability priorities across BT.

    They will work closely with Centre of Excellence and business learning teams to excute processes and offer expert advice to deliver a smooth colleague experience.

    Support will be for all aspects of Learning Operations including sourcing, vendor management, planning, scheduling and reporting.

    You'll have the following responsibilities

  • Support the day to day operational delivery of key learning operations processes associated including 3rd party services, planning, scheduling and delivery, ensuring effective service provision
  • Resolve operational issues and respond to queries associated with learning operations activities and processes, liasing with customers and stakeholders to resolve and identification and management of risks
  • Supports the planning and operational delivery of activities for pan BT Learning Programmes including planning and scheduling events and resources, liaising with customers and stakeholders and ensuring scheduling is optimised;
  • Works closely with the managed service partner and 3rd party vendors to ensure good service provision, providing day to day support, acting as a conduit into relevant BT stakeholders and supporting contract management activities;
  • Supports activities to enhance the principles and processes defined in the Learning Playbook, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness across BT;
  • Is a strong Learning Operations subject matter expert (SME), working proactively with other Learning teams across BT to share learning and best practice.
  • Proactively investigates existing practice before starting work on new initiatives;
  • Seeks to understand and apply internal and external insight to ensure learning services apply the latest thinking in learning, technology and organisation development and are aligned to business need and BT Colleague Experience ambitions;
  • You'll have the following skills & experience

  • Service Delivery Excellence complete activities as instructed to support internal service provision and deliver operational excellence
  • Data Collation able to collate data for the creation of reporting
  • Resource Planning strong organisation and resource planning skills
  • Project administration relevant skills and experience in supporting projects
  • Commercial acumen good understanding of relevant commercial and financial processes including purchase orders, invoicing
  • Stakeholder Management good collaboration and relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Technical strong knowledge of financial, planning, reporting and operational systems
