Execute planned updates and campaign deliveries across our websites and Apps
Provide technical support across all teams with App & web requests
Liaise with our IT teams to deliver combined projects
Work exceptionally closely with the UX team to deliver technical requirements for our testing and personalisation roadmap
Support across multiple teams when launching limited products
Support the build of transactional and marketing emails templates
Work with our Technical Analyst to support with tracking optimisations
Coordinate with our digital platform and hosting suppliers to assist with technical tickets
Develop key landing and campaign pages
Use our New content CMS to add and improve content modules
QA technical projects prior to release
Build on existing technologies with our existing Front-End Development team, delivering best in class experiences
Research current best practices and making recommendations for improvements and technical innovation

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Ecommerce UX & Delivery team, across one of the most exciting retail businesses in the UK.
Reporting into the Head of UX and Digital Delivery you will be responsible for delivering our exciting digital roadmap projects and provide technical support for web and App requests.
You’ll be collaboratively working with a well-established UX and Front-End delivery team with experience in delivering in a fast-agile environment, consisting of UX researchers, designers, developers, data analysts, junior UX executives and project managers.
Skills and Experience
Good Ecommerce knowledge with an understanding of responsive web technologies
React JS (not essential)
App development experience (not essential)
Ability to recommend and commutate ideas
Ability to react quickly based on data or trading information
Able to work independently and as part of an extremely collaborative team
