You will work in a team of specialist and talented individuals to create a centre of expertise which is accountable for ensuring we have the tools, methodology and processes which not only drive consistency, but ensure that our standards are as high as our ambitions.

What you'll be doing
The role holder will own the Service Platform framework and associated processes, ensuring fitness for use and continually improving effectiveness, working with BT Group Senior Management, MD’s and Directors to ensure alignment and agreement on the Strategy of process management
Responsible for understanding different delivery methodologies and disciplines including waterfall, agile and blended. Understand technical vs functional delivery approaches and be able to critique and implement best practice.
The role holder will be responsible for embedding changes to delivery processes to drive improvements in Customer Experience and other company operational metrics
Defining and implementing target operating model to deliver change across Service Platform, finance, CFUs and the wider technology teams and third parties
Transform the Service Platform delivery model take best practice from EE & BT to deliver the best outcome for our customers
