We are looking for a Security Officer to join our team at ACS Cobham.
The primary purpose of the security function is to provide a highly visible, efficient, friendly, proactive and responsive Security service for the protection of our schools from any incident likely to affect the safetguarding of our community whilst mainaining the integrity of the campus.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who has previous experience in the security industry , is a team player, adaptable and has exceptional interpersonal, communication and customer service skills, previous experience of Apple Mac is an advantage.
The successful applicant would be based from our Cobham campus, however, there would be an expectation to cover one of the other campus's in Egham or Hillingdon should the organisation have an operational requirement.
The successful candidate must have :
Strong IT skills with a knowledge of Microsoft, outlook, word and excelAttention to detail is key due to the logging of vehicles and personal data onto our Apple Mac booking system
Good oral and written English is a must due to the communication requirements of the role when speaking and emailing our community as well as the reporting systems in place which include -
Incident reports, fault reports, lost and found
A strong customer services back ground would be welcomed and a good knowledge of the industry desired. As an international school we are prevelidged to host 85 nationalaties from across the globe giving an extremely diverse spectrum of cultures to consider, experience within an international organisation would also be advantageous although not essential.
A Door Supervisor license is essential.

ACS is a Living Wage Employer, therefore, the annual salary is based on an hourly rate of GBP 10.20 whoch increases each year as a part of the Living Wage.
