The role is based at the sewing workshop. It involves use of industrial sewing machines and their up keep, and having a knowledge of garment construction.
The role will include sample machining to a high standard and demonstrating various construction details. It will involve to enable student projects through the use of a broad range of materials, in the Sewing workshop including the use of specialist machinery.
The person should have a first degree / professional or practical qualification, or equivalent relevant experience If the persona has experience of using specialist equipment relating to a Sewing workshop and basic maintenance of machines or equipment relating to a Sewing workshop.
Having the ability to work effectively independently and as a member of a team.

These are two permanent positions : one full-time and one part-time (37 and 18.5 hours pw respectively) with a starting salary of £29,144 per annum (at full time).
