As a Tour Operator Analyst , you will be :
Measure ROI of key Travel campaigns and supplier activity
Perform strategic analysis, business modelling, and report to Business concerning the activity results and current trends.
Develop decision-making processes and tools that will drive the organization to be more effective and efficient in future activity
Partner closely with Product, Commercial, Marketing & Finance teams to understand business needs and provide informed support.
Deliver in-depth analysis of campaign data to provide insight and an understanding into campaign and marketing performance
Providing detailed reports on how multi-channel campaigns have performed, making recommendations for improvements
Working closely with the marketing team to provide insight into customer conversion
Liaise with the insights team and analyse data gathered to make recommendations for future activity, aligning these to commercial priorities.
Continuously driving to improve data quality and identify new opportunities
Communicate effectively with key stakeholders from across the business and external clients
Conduct competitor research and analyse benchmarking data
To provide Travel Industry market information to the business to enhance decision making of operational management and campaigns.
About You :
To be a successful candidate for this role you will need :
Highly analytical as you will need to provide impactful insight and deal with large volumes of data available.
A high level of attention to detail and accuracy with strong commercial experience and initiative
At least 3 years experience in a similar role
At least 3 years experience in the use of statistical techniques.
Expert level Excel skills along with advanced proficiency across the MS Office suite.
Experience of using reporting tools to collate MI.
Strong Communications & presentation skills to present complex analysis in a concise and effective manner
Strong Commercial acumen
Ability to work on own initiative
