This is a 6 months contract position with possibility of extension.
Partnering with the EMEA Talent Acquisition manager and the sourcing team you will support all recruitment activities for Ciena in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East & Africa), covering a total of 16 countries.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for full-time regular roles in the region.
Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research and on-going relationship management.
Work with internal stakeholders and HR team for offer approvals, ensuring preparation and timely delivery of offer letters.
Publish and manage the roles and maintain reports as necessary.
Employee referral processing.
Support any other Talent Acquisition need for Ciena in the region.
You will cover the recruitment for all areas (Engineering, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, etc.) and levels in countries like the UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Austria, etc.
Relevant experience as recruiter in the technology or Telecom space
Willing to accept a temporary job (6 months) with possibility of contract extension based on the business needs.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Strong sense of prioritization

Previous experience using Workday and Phenom People is a plus (not mandatory).
