Marsh Advisory is seeking candidates for the following position based in their Claims Solutions team.
The Development Executive will work with the UK Claims Solutions Sales Leader to drive Claims Solutions sales across the firm.

The UK and Ireland Claims Practice offers a range of services that go beyond claims handling, in order to help you reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Coordinating funnel management, researching and pulling together material for client pitches, linking in with the claims team to follow up leads and building out the overall claims proposition ensuring servicing colleagues are kept abreast of what Claims Solutions has to offer clients.

We will count on you to :
Assisting the sales leader with execution of the sales strategy
Tracking all opportunities through the funnel ensuring Marshforce is always up to date
Running weekly sales meetings with claims colleagues in target business units
Researching clients ahead of pitches for large claims
Producing pitch materials on larger claims
Conducting pitches to clients, articulating how Claims Solutions can deliver the optimum settlement
Following up opportunities with claims and servicing colleagues to ensure optimum conversion rates
Articulating the claims proposition across the firm, ensuring (in conjunction with others) a full programme of events and marketing I planned to target each segment / product line
Coordinating and Producing marketing material and thought leadership
Undertaking Ad hoc sales projects
Converting successful Claims engagements into long-term relationships, and cross selling opportunities into Marsh Advisory

Client engagement through pitches and tenders
Market the services both internally and externally
