B2B Events Marketing Manager

Full-time with flexibility, London

45-55k, depending on experience

We are looking for a fantastic B2B Field Marketing Manager to join an exciting 100-person FinTech startup. They are a payment platform for businesses and are backed by UK's leading VCs with a total of over £24 Million in funding.

Having recently closed their last funding round, they are now looking for a marketing professional to drive brand awareness and growth through B2B events.

The B2B Events Marketing Manager will primarily be responsible for the B2B offline marketing channel, running events and campaigns to increase brand awareness, sales and growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing professional with a B2B events background to join a company on the cusp of growth.

Background and Skills

  • Experience in similar position, preferably with an events focus (or generalist who has a passion for developing event / field marketing activities linked closely to content).
  • Ability to write and develop content for events, campaigns and †thought leadership'.
  • Awareness around B2B enterprise selling and sales cycles.
  • Experience with HubSpot (similar CRM) and knowledgeable about driving ROI from campaigns with efficient reporting.
  • Passion for learning and someone who wants to develop a career in FinTech.
  • Autonomous self-starting approach with a natural curiosity of how things can be done better
  • Proven ability to grow revenue for businesses.
  • Responsibilities

  • Building marketing campaigns across events, seminars and integrated with digital†enabling the sales / inside sales team with structured programmes.
  • Working with internal and external partners / PR agencies to ensuring that all the marketing material (landing pages, email copy, white-
  • papers, blogs etc) is linked coherently to the campaign messages, is produced on time and to a high standard ready for campaigns.

  • Setting up the measurement of all activity, monitoring, reporting progress and iterating to improve efficiency.
  • Driving the formation of a Developer †Community' on the platform
  • Oversee event and overall program budgets.
  • Create and manage campaigns within Hubspot in order to support metrics for dashboards and leadership reporting.
