We're looking for a motivated and talented person, possibly early in their career, who is interested in taking their first steps into a future in Sales at BJSS.
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) your primary responsibility is to help turn leads into qualified opportunities by partnering with our marketing team, our Client Principals and Industry representatives to help create and execute both inbound and outbound lead generation campaigns.
This position is an ideal step into a career in technology sales and requires excellent communication skills, a consultative nature and collaborative approach.
The SDR will be expected to report on qualification and call activity, develop and be able to share, their understanding of BJSS services and our industry trends in initial conversations with new prospects and existing clients alike.

Develop opportunities for the sales team from prospecting and marketing generated leads
Interact with prospects via telephone and email with a high attention to detail
Consistently achieve qualified opportunity targets to support territory revenue objectives
Develop and execute on strong prospecting plans
Track all relevant qualification and lead management activity using Salesforce.com
Quickly learn the key sales messages’ associated with our services and be able to effectively communicate the high level value proposition to our prospects
Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and support the development of accounts to stimulate opportunities
Disseminate opportunities to appropriate Sales and Industry team members, share intelligence and activity to date, informing them about the opportunity
