An opportunity has arisen for a talented HR Manager to join their successful team - the present incumbent is due to go on maternity leave, they are offering a 12 month contract starting November. This role will involve;
Working closely with management to anticipate HR-related needs
Providing HR guidance and support throughout the organisation
Oversee management and resolution of complex employee relations issues
Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and staff retention
The successful candidate will be a talented strong commercially minded HR generalist;
Strong HR experience
Ideally CIPD level 5
Comfortable dealing with senior management
Excellent communicator at all levels
Live within an hour of the office
