We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Insight / Strategy Analyst to join our influential and award-winning Customer Insight team who, most recently, have won 2 Aura Awards for best client-

side team and best insight impact team. Working on a variety of cross-functional projects, this role will bring customer insight to the heart of strategic and tactical decision-

making, ultimately enhancing customer experiences and making a real difference to the business. With high levels of exposure across all levels and teams, there is an opportunity to make a huge impact in this role and, most excitingly, you’ll see your projects through from initially joining up and analysing the data, to coming up with the strategy, making recommendations and seeing them come to life.

What you will be doing :

  • Working on cross-functional projects to bring customer insight to the heart of strategic and tactical decision-making in the business
  • Using data and analytical techniques to enhance customer experiences
  • Delivering a great variety of projects touching many different areas
  • Ensuring we have the right metrics in place to measure and track customer experience, quantifying the value of good service delivery
  • Developing a new test and learn methodology and more tactical identification of quick wins’ that improve our customer’s experiences
  • Why we’d love you to apply :

  • You have excellent academics with a Bachelor’s or higher degree from a leading university, ideally in a STEM or social research subject
  • You are passionate about using data to get under the skin of business questions and about the value data analysis and customer insight can bring to a business.
  • Having had experience in a data science or customer insight role, you have strong knowledge particularly of quant data sets and research methods an additional understanding of qualitative methods and competitor tracking is a plus.
  • You have an in-depth understanding of statistical and sampling methods
  • You have strong communication skills which enable you to communicate complex information in clear and simple ways.
  • You have excellent organisation and project management skills
  • You have strong commercial awareness having had 2+ years of experience in consulting / agency or in an in-house analytics or strategy team
  • You have a genuine enthusiasm and energy around solving problems independently and bringing the customer to life in a business
  • You have advanced Excel skills & SQL (R, Python are a bonus, although we are also happy to support anyone who is interested in learning these)
