An exciting opportunity has arisen within the North West Hampshire Learning Disability Team for a Senior Case Worker to join us on a temporary contract until March 2022.

Our priority is to protect the most vulnerable and to be as eﬃcient as possible, whilst utilising the opportunities aﬀorded by closer working with partner agencies, working proactively to encourage independent and safe living within the community.
We actively collaborate with other agencies to put people of Hampshire at the heart of decision-making and improve services for people with learning disabilities.
You will support people with learning disabilities to gain greater independence to meet their outcomes. You will have an understanding of strengths-based practice, whilst ensuring the maintenance of person centred, safe and eﬀective social care services.
We will expect you to have strong interpersonal and organisational skills. You must be able to work autonomously, prioritise your work and respond ﬂexibly to competing demands.
You will be required to travel to various locations within Hampshire and it is essential that you have a current drivers’ licence and access to a reliable vehicle on a regular basis.
