Mencap are currently recruiting Waking Night Support Workers to join our team in Plymouth to support adults with a learning disability to live independently in their own homes and in the community.
The work will involve supporting people with manual handling, personal care, recording and reporting, domestic chores and offering support to adults with a learning disability.
This role will suit an outgoing person who is committed to supporting and encouraging people to achieve their best. You should be motivated to look for opportunities and ways of working with people which can give new experiences and introduce them to new things.
A full, clean driving licence is preferable for this role.
