as the company specialises in air conditioning service and maintenance, you will be involved in entry of expenses and invoices, checking of prepared invoices prior to sending out to clients, answering the phone and dealing with accounts related queries, and other basic accounts and accounts admin related work.
We are looking for someone who has experience working in an accounts office for a commercial business, and for the right person we will have other assignments for you to continue on with.
Anyone with experience of working for a facilities management, maintenance or building services company is also highly desirable.
The temporary cover will be from 17th July to 2nd August and will include a 3 day handover before the holiday cover begins.
