Job Description

The Global Equity Plans Administrator supports the delivery of the Company’s all employee equity plans across all countries.

The role reports into the Global Equity Plans Manager and is primarily responsible for the day-to-day administration tasks relating to the Company’s Share Incentive Plan (SIP) and the ESPP.

This includes coordinating all colleague queries, eligibility reporting and payroll reporting. The role will work alongside the Global Equity Plans Specialist.

Key responsibilities

  • Plan administration responsible for ensuring the data between the HR systems, Equity system and payroll teams is processed on a timely manner :
  • SIP & ESPP payroll submissions
  • SIP & ESPP eligibility process
  • SIP & ESPP share purchases
  • Processing the SIP quarterly tax reporting with the overseas payroll teams
  • Management of the team’s shared mailboxes
  • Coordination and distribution of the monthly / quarterly SIP and ESPP communications
  • Accountable for the processing of vendor invoices
  • AD HOC reporting
  • Maintaining operating guides for the team
  • Supporting with team projects
  • Qualifications

  • Experience of working in HR function desirable
  • Experience of working within a regulated PLC environment
  • Demonstrated delivery of large administration processes
  • Possess suitable level of GCSE or A-level qualifications or have equivalent analytical experience
  • Skills & Abilities

  • Applicable level of analytical and Excel skills
  • Ability to manage administration processes & systems
  • Problem solves within tight deadlines
  • Pro-active and take initiative where relevant
  • Highly organised, diligent and attention to detail
  • Ability to working under pressure
  • Skills in Word and PowerPoint are desirable
  • Proven ability to work to stringent deadlines
  • Demonstrate integrity, initiative, and confidentiality on all matters
  • Demonstrate ability to multi-task
  • Good communication skills at all levels
