Education Resource and Libraries deliver 3 core products, FinancialsLIVE, REMS and Spydus software to education institutions and library establishments.
Key to the success of implementations is to maintain the throughput of new projects and hand over to support in a timely manner with minimal return to a project once built and trained.
This role is strategically positioned to both build knowledge and skills in the support team and to be the escalation point prior to any consultant involvement from the consultancy / enhanced support team.
Additional responsibilities include joining the consulting team in delivering consulting, configuration, training and implementation during peak periods.
The role holder will be the bridge between the support and consultancy teams and will ensure that all internal avenues within support are taken before any further intervention, where an enquiry is escalated to the role holder it will be their responsibility to resolve, document and disseminate the learning to the entire team to improve.
Importantly the role holder will be responsible for ensuring adequate training of the customer support team and the knowledge base for the FinancialsLIVE product.
