The opportunity

Our Digital HR Transformation and Technology offering is one of our key growth areas within PAS, focusing on assisting our clients to navigate the Digital HR agenda, all in service of the employee experience.

This includes leveraging the power of ServiceNow to optimise the HR function to better serve the enterprise. We are looking for both experienced candidates across the public and private sector.

The successful candidate will be a business-focussed ServiceNow delivery professional with a passion for embracing the implementation of supporting technology as well as the ever-evolving approaches and methods of delivering transformation projects.

As a member of our Digital HR Transformation and Technology team, you will join a talented group of professionals that help clients in a number of areas.

Our focus is on achieving business outcomes for our clients as opposed to simply delivering a technical answer.

Your key responsibilities

We are now seeking experienced ServiceNow Managers with experience in leading on Employee centric implementations.

As a Manager, you will play a key role in helping organisations achieve business results through the application of technical solutions.

In this role, you should be able to deliver quality client service, deliver insightful solutions and balance multiple priorities.

You will also be expected to have excellent communication skills, integrate into and lead new teams, and rapidly establish relationships.

More specifically, the successful candidate should demonstrate :

  • Acting as a technical leader across the ServiceNow project delivery and solution implementation
  • Leading and designing workshops, configuration builds, iteration playbacks, managing change requests and scope change, supporting testing cycles, go live and hyper care activities
  • Overseeing application and workflow configuration
  • Developing client-specific reporting processes and integration components
  • Developing detailed roadmaps, risk mitigation and governance plans and managing project reporting
  • Ability to consider the broader business context, processes and implications and not just the immediate challenge or task in hand when advising clients
  • Working closely with ServiceNow technical teams to set up the SaaS Platform
  • Providing trusted advice on how digital transformation and technology enablement can lead to business improved performance
  • Bringing forward thinking insights of the market and purchasing trends, building lasting client relationships and winning new business (pursuit efforts by preparing proposals and delivering presentations to potential clients).
  • Helping clients solve complex business problems using analytical skills to provide supporting evidence and appropriate rationale
  • Coaching and developing junior resources and peers, acting as a visible role model for our people

  • Be professional, quickly establishing personal credibility and demonstrating expertise
  • Have strong personal impact and resilience, and be able to influence and persuade clients and stakeholders to gain assist for major changes and key decisions
  • Take a practical approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement
  • Be able to analyse complex problems and to deliver insightful, practical and sustainable solutions
  • Be skilled in facilitating and encouraging collaboration amongst team members
  • Be confident and effective in recognising and managing potential issues during client assignments
  • To qualify for the role you must have

  • Four or more years of ServiceNow technical experience with a focus on employee experience and HR Service delivery
  • Ideally prefer relevant certification with ServiceNow
  • Track record of responding to client needs with compelling proposals, delivering business value in a market-competitive manner
  • Experience leading teams and supervising others both onshore and offshore
  • A customer-focused approach to work, and the ability to translate often-complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies
  • The confidence to build lasting relationships and influence senior colleagues and clients from a wide range of backgrounds
  • Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Relevant professional experience, including for example previous work with a Big 4, global management consultancy firm, niche consultancy or performed an in-house role in which you gained exposure to a large-scale project(s)
  • Experience with broader HRIS solutions
  • A primary degree and any post graduate degrees and professional qualifications are also desirable but not critical e.g. CIPD
