Your role This role provides a unique platform to improve the reporting and operations across the broader team. The role would suit a strong programme manager who is motivated to make an impact, with excellent data analysis and senior stakeholder skills.

Specific responsibilities include :

  • Design and implement an approach to track the impact of our programmes to support senior stakeholders and ensure we’re focused on the right things
  • Manage and improve the team’s reporting process and outputs including the migration to a new global CRM system
  • Manage the firm-wide long-term relationships initiative
  • Oversee the team’s budget and financial spend
  • Manage diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognised for their contribution
