Automotive Parts Branch Manager required at Automotive Parts Business in Carlisle
Our Automotive Parts Business client in Carlisle is seeking a Brand Manager to join and lead the team.
Duties will includeleading and motivating a large team to achieve and exceed their individual KPI's and the centre target.
The team will consist of Parts Sales Advisor, Warehouse staff, Administration staff and drivers so you must be able to adapt your leadership skills to the relevant individuals.
The successful candidate must have a high degree of IT literacy and be an experienced user of Microsoft Excel.
Hours are Monday to Friday and 1 in 2 Saturday mornings.
Applications are sought from those working within the Parts department as a current branch manager or regional manager. Those working as an experienced Parts Supervisor who are responsible for a large team are also encouraged to apply.
Aftersales or Sales Managers seeking a similar position where they can use their skill set will also be considered for this role if you have a strong understanding of the Parts department.
