We are looking for a PNT Technical Specialist to work in Harwell, United Kingdom.
The ideal candidate will be a technical specialist with the ability to lead and mentor a team of Engineers.
Tasks and Activities
The scope of work will include :
Building strong relationships of trust with the client, understanding the technical and organizational challenges they face and identifying possible new business for RHEA Group.
Ensuring that the technical deliverables of the contract are achieved on time. Compiling and quality assuring the monthly and quarterly reporting of the service contracts.
Becoming a technical specialist in Defence and PNT, leading and mentoring the team to deliver successfully.
Liaising with the technical staff for timely inputs.
Skills and Experience
The following skills and experience are mandatory :
A university degree in a relevant domain, or equivalent experience.
At least three years of demonstrable experience.
Experience as a Technical Specialist - in Defence Space and PNT preferred.
An understanding of modern technologies such as AI / ML, Quantum, Blockchain, Software platform architecture and development, etc.
Programming experience in Python.
Exceptional time-management, facilitation and organizational skills.
Ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent skills in MS EXCEL and numerical reasoning.
Extremely motivated individual who is a self-starter and a team player.
Willing to travel when required.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
