About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a new People Business Partner. Right now we’re going through an exciting time of organisational change following exceptional growth, which we expect to see continue into the future and beyond.

As one of our People Business Partners you’ll play a key role at an exciting time in the development and delivery of our transformational HR service.
You’ll partner with business leaders to develop a deep understanding of the relevant business areas, contributing to strategy and change to achieve business objectives.
You’ll provide input to the broader people agenda whilst owning and supporting projects as appropriate.
You’ll partner with the relevant business areas to enhance performance and grow capacity through training sessions / workshop on relevant People topics.
You’ll provide strategic input and practical support whilst providing sound advice to senior managers in order to mitigate risks.
You’ll work with the wider People Team to maintain and update all relevant People policies and procedures.
You’ll manage complex cases alongside line management, over a number of areas including; employee relations, grievance, redundancy and performance to name a few.

You’ll be highly organised and driven with a desire to succeed.
You’ll hold a CIPD qualification or have relevant extensive HR experience at Business Partnering level.
You’ll ideally have experience of the telecoms market or partnering with technology.
You’ll have previous experience in management of staff
You’ll have a proven ability to deliver an excellent generalist HR service.
You’ll have excellent previous experience in end-to-end management of complex HR cases / projects whilst prioritising organisational requirements.
You’ll have previous experience in proactively managing change and organisational improvements.
