The Project Coordinator will provide assistance to members of the Sales Department when handling larger projects. Create CCTV reports, package works and liaise with clients and personnel.

They will be responsible for the smooth delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist in the preparation of compiling CCTV Reports and DVD's
  • Handle requests and queries from Senior Management
  • Create plans and job packs for projects
  • Distribute daily whereabouts
  • Liaise with Clients
  • Write and distribute emails, memos, letters and forms
  • Assist with running of projects, plan jobs
  • Collate and process daily Job Packs from the field Staff, including chasing up of missing paperwork
  • Quality control of all daily Job Packs, ensuring they are completed correctly
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Provide general support to colleagues
  • Order of equipment, materials, PPE and hire Equipment
  • Key Competencies and Skills

  • UK Passport
  • Driving License
  • Proven experience in administrative role
  • Experience in the Drainage industry would advantageous to the right individual
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge of the Sewer system and WINCAN would be advantageous
