Key responsabilities

  • Reporting to the Supply Planning Manager, the Customer Service Rep will support Customer Service activities in an accurate way;
  • following the standard operating processes with a focus on efficiency and company goals.

  • Sales Support mainly on EU and Intercompany markets Act as a main contact for Customer Service activitiesMonitor production planning and notify internal customers of any delaysCollect internal prices and update in ERP system
  • Customer Order Management within the documented procedure Liaise with internal customer as required from order entry to dispatch / receipt of goodsCustomer order entry and handling in ERP (SAP / Exact)Amend dispatch dates as required · Review red / green report and open order book situation dailyFreight : liaise with hauliers to collect and deliver goods to customer specifications · Invoicing : Fulfil and raise invoices daily in an accuracy mannerCash collection : participate to collecting activities if overdue invoices appears
  • Incidents & Complaints : Capture incidents and complaints and log in the management systemCollect evidence and participate to the resolution survey
  • Supply Chain Daily Booking into stock manufactured / distributed goods
  • Back-up Ensure and anticipate supply chain back-up according to absence or peak of activities.
