About the role
The main purpose of this role is to provide a high quality, effective and tenant focused intensive housing management service to the tenants in Sheltered Housing schemes as directed by the Service Manager.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal, whilst also having experience of working effectively with colleagues, contractors, vulnerable tenants and their families / advocates to deliver high quality housing services.
You will have strong ICT and numerical skills to provide an effective housing service whilst managing budgets, processing invoices, monitoring rent arrears and advising tenants.
The successful candidate will have a working knowledge of supported housing and tenancy management related issues. An enhanced DBS check is essential for this position.
