As a Yard Customer Service Assistant , you would be working as part of a team and would report to the Branch Management Team and Area Manager.
Your key responsibilities would include :
Serving our customers politely and professionally at all times
Unloading and loading vehicles
Maintaining stock levels through the ordering procedure
Keeping the yard clean and tidy
Ensuring that the yard is a safe and secure environment
Completing all necessary paperwork in line with Company procedures
Creating new and add-on sales opportunities
The successful Yard Customer Service Assistant will possess the following attributes :

In possession of basic numeracy, literacy and IT skills
