Residential Services within Commercial Services have recently undergone a restructure and we are now in a position to invite applications for the post of Residential Customer Service Advisor.
We are looking to recruit a self-motivated customer focused individual, to supervise a team delivering a range of services ensuring our student, staff and visitor experience reflects our Commercial Services mission of Delivering Inspirational Customer Service.
The post holder will supervise team members across reception, post and accommodation support services. The post holder will work closely with other colleagues within the department, as well as colleagues from other Professional Services to ensure that a co-
ordinated approach is provided for our core business of student residences and seasonal commercial hotel activity.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a reception / facilities / hotel and or residential environment within a supervisory / team leader role and will be able to demonstrate a commitment and enthusiasm for delivering Inspirational Customer Service.
The role holder will have excellent administration, communication, organisational and problem solving skills.
Applicants should be comfortable working in a busy and pressurised environment on a shift based rotation, have good IT skills and an awareness of the developing digital environment.
