Building relationships with clients and key contacts and initiating and maintaining effective communication
Managing allocated Regional Accounts
Consistent review of Accounts and identifying areas for progress
Analysing, reviewing and surveying Accounts and reporting to clients
Problem solving in conjunction with client to provide the best possible service
Support the set-up of new clients, setting realistic deadlines for launching new projects
Previous experience in a client-facing role is absolutely essential to succeed in this position. You will be a dedicated and driven individual looking to hone your relationship management skills and build on your already sound understanding of what drives shareholder relationships forward.
