You will be required to provide timely, accurate, and relevant financial information to our UK Company whilst developing and supporting our reporting tools.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (fluent spoken and written English essential) are required and able to engage well with colleagues.

The key daily duties for this role includes :

  • Ensure the integrity and quality of all our accounting data
  • Ensure accurate and timely records - General Ledger, Accounts Receivable / Payable, Credit Control, Ledger / bank / cash reconciliation, Accruals / prepayments.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, month end balances and payroll
  • Complete quarterly VAT returns, P11D’s and statutory compliances
  • Conduct internal audit
  • Prepare year end file for audit and deal with queries
  • Ensure that VAT, PAYE and Corporation tax are paid on time
  • Complete budget and forecasting activities
  • Provide business analysis to improve effectiveness
  • Contribute to define and refine the business processes
  • Implement procedures and control as well as provide training and guidance to staff
  • Preparing company annual financial statements
  • The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with at least 5 years’ experience working for a small to medium enterprise (SME) as an accountant or financial controller.

    A UK graduate would be an advantage. You must have strong spreadsheet (Excel) and database skills with experience of developing analysis, reporting systems, be innovative, work well under pressure, and have very high standards of quality, accuracy and attention to detail.

    Salary based on experience and qualifications.
