The is an exciting opportunity for a Head of International Supply Chain to join the business and become an integral part in the continued growth at Watchfinder.

Playing a key role in the construction of the supply chain function at international level, you will overlook the global supply chain planning across all our international markets, from purchasing, servicing, stock management, and to distribution.

You will be an experienced supply chain manager that is decisive, used to change management, with a strong business sense, to be a recognized business partner within the company.

As a Qualified Supply Chain engineer with substantial experience gained in industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership skills, you will drive and lead your team to support our rapidly growing organization.

You will create and manage a team of international supply chain planners, and empower each individual, to ensure the supply chain team supports proactively the evolution of the business, and will coordinate all supply chain planning subjects some of which are listed below :

Sales and Operation planning

  • Set-up S&OP planning to ensure the company can align future supply and demand with relevant resources anticipation
  • Lead and animate the S&OP process at EXCO level on a monthly basis with transversal input from the Sales, Purchasing, Servicing, Marketing, HR and Finance departments
  • Coordinate implementation of S&OP decisions on correctives actions to optimize supply & demand alignment
  • Purchasing and stock planning

  • Set stock assortments by markets based on internal and external data insight
  • Set up relevant set of stock KPIs to monitor gap vs objectives
  • Propose corrective actions on existing stock and stock to purchase
  • Set purchasing needs according to sales and stock objectives
  • Set up relevant set of purchasing KPIs to monitor gap vs objectives
  • Propose corrective actions to align purchasing trend
  • Work transversally with central teams (logistic, commercial, marketing, pricing, finance) and with country managers to optimize flows and proper implementation of actions.
  • Servicing planning

  • Set-up load / capacity planning in servicing based on S&OP assumptions to ensure our international servicing centers can sustain the expansion of our business
  • Determine resources allocation needed to increase and adapt servicing center capacity
  • Set-up prioritization processes to ensure the right product mix is serviced at the right time
  • Set-up scheduling management to monitor performance of servicing flow of goods
  • Determine corrective actions in collaboration with Head of Servicing to improve lead times and reduce bottlenecks
  • How will you experience success with us?

  • Minimum 10 years experience in Supply Chain in an international company active digitally
  • Degree in relevant Engineering or Business Administration Field
  • Experience in leading and developing a team whilst driving change
  • Strong people management skills, a confident communicator that can remain calm in challenging situations
  • Proactive, solution-oriented with strong business sense
  • At ease with data and able to interact with IT on ERP developments
  • Organised, efficient, with ability to have the top-down view together with an excellent attention to detail
  • Team player with the ability to multitask, work independently and meet deadlines
