What you will do
This role operates within JCI leading / contributing to various projects and assignments related to Professional Development and Leadership Development.
We seek a professional with preferably a degree in Org Design, Instructional Design, Change Management and / or Learning Technology to enable effective and engaging learning and development.
This position will manage and implement projects in line with JCI’s vision, values, strategy and leadership profile. The successful candidate will work closely with business owners in addition to vendors, contractors, and production staff to deliver effective learning solutions that meet budget, timing, and client requirements.
You must have experience with training delivery and developing trainer experiences using train the trainer concepts. When it comes to L&D delivery, you understand what good looks like.
How you will do it
Consult and assess skills and knowledge in functional area encouraging using technology enabled learning as part of our overall learning system
Identify gaps in human performance and its causes; identify improvement solutions ensuring training is scheduled and effectively implemented
Evaluate and report impact of implemented & conducted training’s on learning, job and organizational performance
Partner with business- and HR leaders of major functional departments in EMEA and identify training needs
Facilitate train the trainer concepts and other training duties. You must be comfortable presenting in front of an audience
Encourage liaisons with training leader for functional department to develop + implement standardized global curriculum
Work with third party suppliers
To be flexible as some travel is required (30%)
Minimum Bachelor Degree in L&D, Org Design, Social science or comparable education
6 to 10 years’ experience leading the Programs in HR or Change Management
Fluent in English, French would be an advantage
Good user PC skills (MS Office, SharePoint, Internet) as the team collaborates virtual
Strong facilitation and learning technology skills (Adobe connect, SharePoint, Webex, LMS, eLearning)
Ability to conduct a variety of training programs including change programs
Experience with leading the team
Developed and conducted training and performance improvement programs in any or all of the following areas :
Instructor Training (Train the trainer)
Ability to cooperate with people of different levels inside / outside the company and to interact with team to reach team goals and business objectives
Ability to express information in a manner appropriate to different levels of people & to lead negotiations
