To continue our expansion, we are seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our distributed team.

Given the international nature of our candidate and client base and the associated time differences involved, our flexible work practice enables our Recruitment Consultants to work remotely and set their own working hours to suit their personal circumstances.

  • Beginning as a part-time role, this position may graduate to a full-time job depending on results. We offer a monthly base salary as well as a generous bonus scheme;
  • If you apply yourself in a dedicated and professional manner, you will take home an excellent overall package, enjoying within reason the flexibility to dictate your own working hours.

    Key responsibilities include the following :

  • Managing resourcing assignments from start to conclusion
  • Developing professional relationships with qualified candidates
  • Effectively managing client communications and expectations
  • Screening applicants, polishing CVs and arranging interviews with clients
  • Maintaining accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Ensuring our jobs fulfilment database is kept up to date
  • Networking and facilitating business development
  • Truly excellent client service must be maintained at all times

    What you'll need

    Significant and meaningful experience working in Accountancy or Legal Recruitment in an agency environment so that you can hit the ground running'

    Experience of working quickly and effectively to meet deadlines

    Organised and professional, able to influence at all levels of seniority

    A well-spoken manner with excellent written communication skills

    Friendly with a proactive can do' attitude
