About the opportunity

Pick Everard has made a significant investment in its cost management team in Central London which has contributed to a 200% growth in the team.

They are looking to again strengthen the team, to appoint experienced cost mangers at various levels to meet the growing demand for their services.

You will play a significant role delivering exciting projects such as collaborating with a prestigious multi-million-pound global private healthcare company in central London and delivering cost management services on a heritage refurbishment scheme for our central government client.

You will join an experienced and broadly-based cost management team, carrying out pre- and post-contract work on a range of public and private sector schemes in London and the South East.

About you

Ideally you will have :

  • MRICS / Chartered Surveyor status
  • Min. 5 years’ experience of cost management of building projects from feasibility / option studies through to detailed cost planning and post contract cost management
  • Multi-sector background gained in consultancy or construction environment
  • Good knowledge of the principal standard forms of building contracts, including JCT and NEC3
  • Ability to liaise with clients clearly with excellent communication and report writing skills
  • Ambitious, resourceful, client facing and confident
  • Full UK driving licence
