To manage the trading and visual content across the Office website. This includes Merchandising of categories, brands, managing stock and products across the Office website in order to optimise conversion and sales.
Responsible for updating and briefing onsite content on the homepage, on site banners, navigation experience, ensuring the products displayed are commercial and relevant, following the marketing plan and overall strategy.
This person will also be responsible for trade reporting across the office site, reporting on content performance, customer journey and promotions.

Taking ownership of the Briefing process; all content updates across Office & Office London using Trello, this includes all homepage updates, landing pages and dropdown amendments.
Using Amplience to update all homepages & any trading changes
To be responsible for all on site navigational changes using HTML including; the drop down categories, updating drop down imagery, new in.
Manage on site banners for brands, SEO purposes and promotional activity
Responsible for all SEO updates across both sites and creating new categories & ranges, working closely with the digital marketing team.
Updating Ts&Cs & Store locator, store times, promotions in stores
VM : Managing VM across the Office Site using the tool Amplience, look at making improvements and following the customer journey from the homepage content.
On site Facets management to improve the customer journey
Search & Null search reviews, looking at opportunities to improve the customer journey with re-directs and synonmyns.
Nominating products for emails & Responsible for checking all links & marketing information is correct
Brief in trend and seasonal calendar campaigns, such as back to school, Occasion shop, gift guides
Daily site walking focusing on customer journey and visual merchandising, ensuring both sites are fully optimised at all times.
The planning, execution and analysis of promotional activity, including online only incentives and delivery promotions to boost revenue.
Looking at the whole customer journey from VM, site banners and product assortment to maximise sales. Reporting & Trade
On a daily basis monitor and analyse sales, creating relevant reports to illustrate and support actions to optimise trade, proposing solutions to the wider team to boost poor sellers / optimise bestsellers to increase conversion rate.
Monthly reporting and adhoc requests, building packs where necessary to showcase the action based merchandising that has influenced sales & supported brand / promotional activity
Manage On site analytics, building and managing reports looking at onsite customer journey, using tools such as content square, GA & Attraqt.
Creating a weekly competitor report focusing on trends, products assortments, pricing and content and customer journey for both the UK and International market.
Work closely with the buying and merchandising teams to ensure optimum levels of stock are secured for web and all business-trading incentives are adhered to.
