Are you an experienced Landscape Project Manager looking to work for a reputable, independent design and build practice in London?

Due to an increase in projects, our client now requires a Senior Landscape Project Manager to join their dynamic and creative team.

The practice provides a design, build and maintenance service within the high-end domestic and commercial sectors. Established over 20 years ago, they have built a solid reputation in plant knowledge, hard landscaping and design.

They predominantly focus on London based projects in SW London but also some national projects. To be considered for the role you must be experienced in Project Management in the high-end domestic sector with strong IT skills and construction knowledge.

Role & Responsibilities

  • The successful delivery of hard and soft landscaping of high-end domestic and commercial projects
  • Completing multiple installation projects to strict deadlines and budgets
  • Preparing, implementing and managing health & safety and quality procedures e.g CDM, RAMs etc
  • Liaison with clients, subcontractors, designers, and other external contractors on site
  • Resourcing and managing subcontractors
  • Resourcing and procurement of materials and developing relationships with suppliers
  • Preparation of quotes
  • Supporting the design team by ensuring the designs are structurally viable
  • Identification of variations and additional works
  • Line management of the hard-landscaping team through motivating, objective setting and annual appraisals
  • Attend staff meetings
  • Required Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years' experience in landscape construction
  • Experienced in running landscaping projects from upwards of £100k
  • Knowledge and experience of CDM15
  • Experienced in running multiple sites at any one time typically (6-7)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • High level of organization, and efficient time management
  • Ability to multi-task and flexibility to re-prioritize
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in Salesforce would be an advantage
  • A full driving license
  • Access to own vehicle
  • What you get back

  • £40,000 - £50,000 (Flexible dependent on experience)
  • 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Working hours 07 : 30 - 5.00pm
  • Travel expenses
