Investec is looking for a Digital Client Experience Analyst in the Client Digital Experience team. We're a friendly, close-knit team of about 60 people, spread across two continents, who prioritise kindness, collaboration and empathy in our work.

What will you be responsible for?
Providing insights into the business performance to help us improve the overall digital client experience across all our channels
Using data to make strategic recommendations to the various teams and the business leadership that inform the way we plan and make decisions
Identifying and researching business challenges and opportunities across multiple teams and geographies to surface insights that will inform their marketing, client journeys and overall business strategies.
What experience, skills and capabilities are needed for this role?

Work well with cross-geography teams to deliver and support end-to end client journeys
Communicate effectively with both internal and external teams
Have both a product and a commercial mindset
Can structure and execute operational and strategic initiatives
Have a strong understanding of digital technology, both web and app
Have good knowledge of A / B testing, behavioural targeting and client personalization solutions
Have experience in building and presenting dashboards and data to stakeholders
Are able to interpret complex technical concepts and solutions to business owners and stakeholders, while also translating the business requirements into technical specs
Adopt the latest practices while taking care of the analytics implementation and proposing solution enhancements
Have previous experience with Adobe Analytics toolset
Can create and maintain performance reporting solutions
Experience using BI Tools (Power BI, Tableau or similar tools)
Experience working and managing multiple stakeholder expectations
Demonstratable Experience in presenting back data to tell a story
