The Algomi Delivery team is seeking an intelligent, passionate, and driven individual to join our delivery team, the candidate will be expected to deliver high-quality requirements and report services to a broad range of finance clients.

The focus of this position entails assisting clients to import, extract data and the creation of reports to facilitate understanding of the usage of our solutions.

The BA & Reporting analyst provides ongoing support and insight to external clients, as well as to customer relationship management teams.

The Data & Reporting Analyst will provide leadership for the capture of data, transformation of it across systems and the translation of it into information / reports, and the transmission of this knowledge into actionable decisions which further the goals of our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with project teams made up of people with diverse and complementary skills. Working directly with customers to develop requirements and designs
  • Analyse of information and processes to provide recommendations to address technical and business issues to : Identify, define, and coordinate with clients and other departments to create data import / export capabilities for our clients Identify, define, and coordinate with clients and other departments to create reports / dashboards for clients or internal use, using Quick sight BI Developing new and innovative data, reporting and analytic reports as necessary.
  • Developing metrics and providing data for process measurement, thereby identifying indicators for future process improvement opportunities (by adding new aggregations or metrics) You'll have a good eye for design and be willing to participate in design discussions.

  • Assisting the product team in capturing product requirements.
  • Experience / Skills Required :

  • Must have 2+ years of client-facing BA experience preferably in the Finance sector.
  • Mid-level proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience using : R, or Python, or PowerShell, to complete data analysis
  • Advanced Excel
  • Personal attributes :

  • The candidate must be an excellent communicator (both orally and written) and be able to effectively foster interactive collaboration and discussions among clients and internal teams.
  • The Analyst must be able to present conclusions in a logical and clear manner and must be able to effectively work as part of a team.

  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Degree preferred in the following disciplines : Engineering (all disciplines), Computer Science / Computer Engineering or Information Systems / Decision Sciences
  • Finance knowledge or knowledge of Fixed Income market
