D&D London is a diverse and vibrant collection of 43 restaurants (including one with a Michelin Star) and an award winning hotel situated in London and beyond.

Founded by Des Gunewardena and David Loewi (the D and D in the name) in 2006, the company has rapidly expanded and contains some of London’s most iconic restaurants, such as Bluebird, Le Pont de la Tour, Sartoria, German Gymnasium and 14 Hills.

Outside London the company has made their mark by opening Crafthouse, Angelica, Issho and East 59th in Leeds, 20 Stories in Manchester and Klosterhaus in Bristol.

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and dynamic Talent Manager to join the Talent Team at D&D London. The Talent Manager will be focused on management recruitment across the entire D&D portfolio and our new openings.

Overseeing a Front of House Talent Coordinator, you will also be responsible in ensuring all front of house vacancies are prioritised and filled in a timely manager.

You will be responsible for making sure that the candidates presented to the General Managers, Head of Talent and seniors are of the highest quality and match the required brief.

Understanding the restaurants and hotel is key as the portfolio is vast and each site is very individual.

You will be results driven, a clear communicator and have the ability to spot our future leaders and talent.

The Talent Manager will be working remotely, in our restaurants liaising with our stakeholders and team members on a daily basis to support the recruitment needs in each site.

This is a fast paced, target driven role which requires commitment, dedication and drive. You must have the passion for the hospitality industry to be able to shine.

The ideal candidate :

  • Experience in-house or agency recruitment - Hospitality experience is essential for this role.
  • Familiar with ATS system
  • Experience of onboarding
  • Ideally experience in a large-scale staffing operation
  • Knowledge of luxury hospitality industry
  • Can multi task, working of several senior role at the same time
  • Thrive under pressure
  • Experience working with graduate programme
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivated, innovative and a strong desire to succeed
  • Professional, approachable and friendly attitude
  • Be able to take a logical, practical approach to problem solving
