Description and Requirements

Lenovo is looking for a passionate, and enthusiastic regional sales specialist responsible to develop our Large Format Display sales in the end user relationship space.

This is a customer-client facing, high-growth sales role requiring deep industry experience, the ability to identify, cultivate, and close net new business, and expertise working with large deals.

Reporting to the Head of EMEA Visuals and LFDS, the role is also responsible for execution of business strategy, setting tactical and strategic business proposition for Enterprise and Global Accounts Customers and provides strong leadership and accountability.

This position will require travel, estimated at 50%.

We are open to candidates based in UK or Germany, there is a business preference to be able to speak fluently in German and English.

Your Responsibilities-Act as a subject matter expert of the sales process for Relationship account managers (Enterprise / Global Account customers)

  • Build & execute operational plans for LFDs and cross teaming with Smart Collaboration teams.
  • Own ongoing analysis of metrics & business performance to produce bi-weekly report with relevant actions and recommendations.
  • Assess & mitigate risks / issues through effective contingency plans.
  • Identify and pursue new acquisition opportunities - plan and execute acquisition activities in the Workplace Transformation area in agreement with sales / account teams
  • Ensure that our customers receive world class sales and customer service
  • Produce accurate account plans, sales forecasts and ensure sales activity is tracked using the required reporting tools
  • Inspire customers on Lenovo Value Proposition
  • Work with Pre-Sales and Channel teams to proactively create opportunitiesWhat you bring-Minimum 7 years business development or sales experience in the IT industry (software and hardware) or AV industry
  • Proficient in being able to sell the value of Interactive work solutions and LFDs; Understand Workplace Transformation & associated solutions technology and its practical application / contribution to customers’ requirements, as well as the market’s collaboration tools ecosystem
  • Direct field experience in working with enterprise accounts, negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience in working with channel partners
  • Fluency in English and German
