Responsibilities

Reporting to the VP Consumer, Digital Wallets the Consumer Value Lead will be tasked with creating hard monetary value & expanding the adoption of our service through bettering the proposition for end users : more intuitive, more rewarding, simpler, better priced, better supported, cooler Digital Wallets.

  • Lead the ideation, iteration & execution of initiatives aimed at bettering the end customer proposition
  • Work closely with the product & marketing teams to ensure customer propositions are relevant, compelling, profitable & coherent
  • Tackle complex business problems and come up with viable, practical solutions
  • Oversee key initiatives from start to finish
  • Cooperate with shared service leads to improve communication & cohesion
  • Work closely with project managers & customer insights experts to coordinate initiatives
  • Communicate widely and prolifically to keep all stakeholders involved and engaged in the pursued agenda
  • Develop & maintain a deep understanding of performance trends and key indicators to make informed decisions about areas of focus, prioritisation and execution of initiatives
  • Develop & maintain a deep understanding of industry trends (in payments and online gambling)
  • Professional Qualifications, Experience and Personality :

  • Experience in strong consumer oriented products / services online
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Intellectual horsepower to tackle complex problems
  • Strong EQ - able to build good relationships across the business
  • Strong commercial acumen able to identify, pursue and deliver monetary value
  • Pragmatic application able to balance tactical and strategic priorities
  • Experience of communicating with senior executives
  • track record in delivering change in fast moving environments is a plus
