Reporting to Business Director, the Senior Account Manager manages all client feedback provided to the agency and ensures that this is shared internally with the relevant departments to move projects forward, using agreed documentation.

Having a particular focus on dealer marketing campaigns this role will suit somebody with experience in that area.


Client Partnership

  • Build strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders, representing the Client Partners’ views throughout the life cycle of a project but should also be happy to challenge convention as and when necessary
  • Act as a Brand Guardian, immersing yourself in all product developments and be able to advise on industry and technology trends and developments
  • Ensure the Client Partner understands agreed workflows and manage them through the delivery process
  • Clearly communicate and support the Creative Team with the Client’s brief, ensuring the Client Partner’s voice is not lost, but the creative boundaries are still pushed
  • Establish an excellent eye for creative output, recognising strong creative work and when work could be improved
  • Act as a Brand Guardian, immersing yourself in all product developments and be able to advise on industry and technology trends and developments
  • Commercial Acumen

  • Demonstrate a clear working knowledge of the agreed Scope of Work (SOW) and the status of projects
  • Ability to deliver campaigns on time, on budget with aplomb
  • Support the Client Partners growth objectives
  • Ensure the Client Partner are aware of any out of scope work, working with project management / production to provide associated estimation of work / time / costs
  • Navigate the Client Partner’s approval process through to PN receipt, ensuring the Finance Team are fully aware.
  • Ensure a thorough understanding of the contractual obligations, commercial arrangements & SLAs of the account escalating when necessary to avoid commercial risk
  • Operational

  • Work with project management, planning and creative, with a clear understanding of the Client’s brand and business objectives in order to develop the creative concepts to a standard ready for Client presentations, ensuring they are on brief.
  • Manage the day to day running of all projects including responsibility for having the right resource to deliver campaigns
  • Responsible for communicating project status, flagging scope creep to the Client (as identified by the Project Manager) in addition to gaining approval on estimates / requesting Notice of Revisions (NORs).
  • Attend all internal meetings as the project progresses, providing any relevant updates
  • Be responsible for ensuring that everything has been actioned from the brief BEFORE presentation to the client
  • Deliver work to an exceptional standard, ensuring that everything that has been briefed has been actioned, BEFORE client presentation.
  • Attend client-facing meetings, providing a supporting role to the Account Director / Business Director when they are presenting to the client
  • Be responsible for creating the client-facing Contact Reports from ALL client meetings.
  • Be responsible for writing all necessary Creative Development briefs AFTER the client meetings using the Contact Report as a basis

  • Experience working with international client relationships, in multiple markets with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working with Motorcycle brands or a passion for Motorcycles an advantage
  • Experience of working with automotive dealerships and dealer campaigns
  • Experience of premium brands, automotive (preferred)
  • Integrated marketing experience (Digital, ATL & BTL production .)
  • Experience of all digital channels
  • Able to manage cross-channel campaigns at a Global and Dealer Marketing Level with a strong emphasis on digital channels
  • A passion for Motorcycling
  • Able to articulate and present ideas with conviction
  • Able to make decisions and solve problems based on sound technical knowledge
  • A clear communicator, in person and writing with fluent oral and written Business English
  • Excellent time management / prioritisation and project management skills
  • Commercially aware
  • Good numerical / financial understanding
  • IT literate
  • Approachable, outgoing and diplomatic - must have excellent emotional intelligence
  • Comfortable building strong connections with the wider Account Management function globally
